100% Wholegrain spelt flour traditionally stoneground milled delivering a beautiful nutty slightly sweet all-purpose flour, rich in flavour. Spelt is sometimes referred to is “Farro Grande” (Triticum spelta) and is one of the three original ancient grains, having been cultivated for over 5000 years. “Grande” refers to the fact the grain is bigger then Einkorn and Emmer.
